Does my team need to download anything?
No. FieldScribe works entirely through WhatsApp, which your technicians already have. There is no app to download, no account to create, and no training required. If they can send a voice note to a mate, they can use FieldScribe.
Which CRM systems does FieldScribe support?
FieldScribe integrates directly with simPRO and ServiceTitan — the two most widely used field service management platforms among UK commercial specialty contractors. Enterprise customers can request additional integrations. We use Make.com and Zapier orchestration, so connections to other platforms are achievable.
How accurate is the voice transcription?
We use OpenAI Whisper for transcription, which performs at near-human accuracy for trade terminology, part numbers, and UK accents. GPT-4o then extracts structured data from the transcript. In testing, accuracy on job-relevant fields (labour, parts, customer, location) exceeds 95%. You review and approve the draft before it syncs.
What if a technician mentions something ambiguous?
FieldScribe flags uncertain fields and prompts you to confirm before syncing to your CRM. You are never locked out of a draft — everything can be reviewed and edited in the dashboard before it goes anywhere. Ambiguity is surfaced, not silently guessed.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Voice notes are processed and deleted immediately after extraction — we do not store audio. All data is held on UK/EU-based infrastructure. We are happy to provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request, which is standard for enterprise and public sector customers.
What is the onboarding process?
Most customers are live within one working day. We configure your WhatsApp Business connection, map your CRM fields, and test end-to-end with a sample job. Growth and Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding call with a FieldScribe specialist.
