FieldScribe is built on Make.com, which connects to over 1,500 apps. If your field service software has a REST API — and most do — we can almost certainly build the integration.
Enterprise plan customers get custom integrations included. Growth plan customers can request integrations at a one-off build fee. All custom integrations are handed over as documented automation workflows you own.

How long does a custom integration take?
Typically 2–4 weeks for a standard API-based integration. More complex mappings (custom fields, multi-step approval workflows) may take longer. We'll give you a firm estimate before any work starts.
Do I own the integration once it's built?
Yes. All Make.com workflows built for your account are yours — they live in your Make.com workspace and you have full access to them.
